The Saint Médard-en-Jalles (Gironde, South-West France) site is dedicated to the development and industrialization of Energetic Materials items whose size can vary from a few grams to several tons.
The Development and Industrialization Division present on the site provides its technical contribution to developments and its support to industrial productions.
The site is classified as "SEVESO 2 high threshold" and designed to guarantee the safety of persons and property while respecting the environment.
The site is ISO 9001 V 2000 and ISO 14001 certified.

1-gallon to 420-gallon mixers

Twin-screw extruders for continuous process: lab level (5 kg/hr) to industrial level (100 kg/hr)

Our installations allow tests on cumbersome and heavy equipment (up to several tons) and hazardous equipment (pyrotechnic: class 1.1, pressurized, etc.). They enable simultaneous mechanical and climatic tests.
